Server Manager and Gateway Tomcat are Hanging Post Application Startup (Doc ID 2931921.1)

10 minutes after startup, the server manager became unresponsive (entering hang state). After another ~10 minutes, new logins were not possible, giving blank page.

The existing server manager and UI sessions did not get affected. Only new ones are impacted.

No errors were observed in cloudgateway or tomcat logs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install fresh Siebel 21.12.
2. Upgrade database to 21.12.
3. Start the services.
4. Wait for 10 minutes.

After restarting Gateway Tomcat only, new server manager / UI sessions were available.


The Siebel version was upgraded from IP 15 to 21.12 in the Production environment.
