Gateway Cluster Deployment Fails With "Submit Failed" status in SMC (Doc ID 2932999.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to deploy cluster gateway, the following error occurs in Siebel Management Console:

Submit Failed.

Following errors are found in the logs:

cloudgateway.log in Primary Node


STEPS:
1. Upgrade Siebel application and all gateway nodes from IP16 to 22.10
2. Log in to SMC
3. Set up a Gateway Cluster profile
4. Attempt to deploy the Gateway Cluster profile
