Siebel Application Object Manager Suddenly Erroring "Server Busy" In Production And Other Error From Log File SBL-DBC-00105: Error executing SQL statement (Doc ID 2935104.1)

Symptoms

All of a sudden in Production when users tried to access the Fins application object manager URL, received an error message "The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties. Please close the Web browser, open a new browser window, and try logging in again".


While reviewing the object manager log file FINSObjMgr_nld_0044_46137514.log, identified unexpected characters in the SQL statement "WHERE ???".
