Symptoms
PostInstallDBSetup is executed as part of the 22.10 installation, and the last upgrade step: Task Based UI upgrade, fails for some Task UI workflow records which name is longer than 30 characters with the following error:
STEPS
1. Install 22.10 binaries and have PostInstalLDBSetup executed
2. The execution completes without noticeable errors, but the siebdevcli.log that is generated for Task Based UI upgrade step contains SBL-DAT-00235 errors.
