Symptoms

When attempting to execute an Automation Batch Run in NON ENU language,

the following errors occur:

1. In jenkins console output 
   
   
   
   

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Attach a Resources.zip file to the Master Suite as required by Siebel Test Automation: readFromFlatFile: Flat file is not available in the required location. java.io.FileNotFoundException on Resources\global\resource.xml When Jenkins is Executing an Automation Batch Run in NON ENU languages (Doc ID 2916551.1)

2. Schedule the Batch Run.

3. Run the build in Jenkins.
