In Siebel 21.1, The Campaign Contacts/Prospects Applet Displays A Single Record When The Browser Is Refreshed (F5) (Doc ID 2936022.1)

Symptoms

In Siebel 21.1 update, when navigating to the Campaign > Overview or Campaign Management > Execute, the Contacts/Prospects Applet shows 6 records. However, when doing a Browser Refresh (F5), only 1 record is displayed.

Refine Query still shows 1 record.

New Query shows all 6 records.

Behavior is not observed in 23.1 update where this has been also tested.

The URLs generated as well as the information from the application log are the same in 21.1 and 23.1.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

 1. Go to Campaign > Overview

2. Note that the Contacts/Prospects Applet shows 6 records

3. Refresh the browser by clicking F5 or the "browser refresh" icon

4. The applet now shows only 1 record
