Unable to Correlate Siebel Cookie Information to SARM SessionID With Oracle Real User Experience Insight (RUEI) For Monitoring Purposes (Doc ID 2936229.1)

Symptoms

Siebel SARM sessionid field was used to correlate Siebel user session information obtained from Siebel with Oracle Real User Experience Insight (RUEI) for monitoring purposes, but since IP17 with the new Siebel cookie format this is no longer possible.

Below are the two cookie information, there is no matching information:

4. Check for the sessionid column in the sarm.csv file
5. This information cannot be matched with the _sn_<application_name>_<lang_cd> cookie as described above

Changes

Upgrade to Siebel 17.0 and above
