Symptoms
As part of the new feature introduced in 22.12 Update, Users can customize multiple Products within Product eConfigurator.
Please refer to Siebel TOI for more information.
This would navigate to a newly introduced View "Cfg Cx Tree View (JS) - Order (Sales)", however, when clicking on Customize button by selecting more than one Line Item in the quote/Order it is not navigating to the new View.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install Siebel 22.12 or higher patch and also run Repository upgrade utility
2. Launch the Application
3. Create Order and add more than one Line Item with Customizable product
4. Select all the Customizable Product related Line Items and click on Customize button
it is navigating to "Complex Product Runtime Instance View (JS) - Order (Sales)" instead of newly introduced view "Cfg Cx Tree View (JS) - Order (Sales)"
Changes
Apply Siebel 22.12 or higher Patch.
