Symptoms

When attempting to modify/recreate the Gateway Security Profile in SafeMode on a clustered Gateway Registry the following error is observed on the screen:

Not all nodes are synchronized

In one of the cloudgateway.log file, located under applicationcontainer_internal/logs directory the following error is encountered:


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will at the customer's environment with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel Management Console (SMC) using the safe mode URL
2. Enter the new Gateway Security Profile details and submit
3. Upon submission the above mentioned error is displayed
