Symptoms

Perform greenfield deployment by executing POST call to Siebel Cloud Manager: http://<Siebel Cloud Manager IP>:<port>/scm/api/v1.0/environment


When attempting to perform a post for Greenfield Deployment the following error is returned:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Follow the instructions described in Siebel Bookshelf > Deploying Siebel CRM on OCI using Siebel Cloud Manager

2. Perform greenfield deployment by executing POST call to Siebel Cloud Manager: http://<Siebel Cloud Manager IP>:<port>/scm/api/v1.0/environment
