Modifying Symbolic String Translations And Delivering Workspace Is Not Getting Reflected Until Component Restart (Doc ID 2938867.1)

After performing changes to symbolic string and delivering the workspace, the changes are getting reflected only after component restart.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to web tools and create a dev workspace and query for "Quotes" screen

2. Expand "Screen View" object and query for "Quote-Browse Catalog View"

3. Viewbar Text "Browse" is fetched from "SBL_BROWSE-1004224457-0G8" symbolic string.

4. Navigate to Symbolic String object and query for "SBL_BROWSE-1004224457-0G8"

5. Expand "Symbolic String Locale" and update the string value for ENU language from "Browse" to "BrowseTesting"

6. Try to deliver dev workspace to MAIN

7. Re-login to application and navigate to "Quote-Browse Catalog View" view and notice that the changes to the symbolic string is still not reflected in view bar text.

11. Restart the AOM component and re-login to application and navigate to "Quote-Browse Catalog View" view. Now the viewbar text is displayed as "BrowseTesting"
