Siebel REST Swagger Import Creates Integration Component With no Fields (Doc ID 2941324.1)

Symptoms

When importing the swagger definition of an external REST service conaining the structure detailed below, the integration component containing the array data for "ConsentComs" does not contain any IC fields.

When the REST call is made and a response containing ConsentComs array is received over https, it does not get parsed and is not output as part of the proxy business service output.
