In Siebel 20.9 Application, While Accessing the Customer Interaction Monitor View, The Application Is Crashing (Doc ID 2942484.1)

Symptoms

In Siebel 20.9 application, while navigating to 'Customer Interaction Monitor' view, the application is crashing and giving server busy error.

The issue was reproduced by support using steps:

 

1)Login to Siebel application

2) Go to Contact screen

3) Navigate to `Customer Interaction Monitor' view

4) After selecting the view above, a pop-up with server busy error message is  displayed
