Task Definition Not Getting Created in S_RR_TASK Table After Delivering the Workspace With Task(TBUI) Changes From Siebel Tools (Doc ID 2944119.1)

Symptoms

Task Based UI(TBUI) Definition is not created in S_RR_TASK table when the Workspace delivered using Traditional Siebel Tools with Modified/New Task Object.
But same Task object is getting created in S_RR_TASK table if the Workspace is delivered using Web Tools
 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel Tools
2. Create Dev Workspace under MAIN Workspace
3. Modify/Create TBUI Object
4. Checkpoint and Deliver the Workspace to MAIN
5. Verify the record in S_RR_TASK table using following SQL



Changes

 Apply Siebel 22.7 or higher patch.
