Goal

These questions are related to Siebel pre-upgrade tasks and about existing workflows in the current Siebel Repository (to be upgraded to Siebel 23.x).

There are around 30 custom workflows created and most of these workflows are revised several times over the period.

1. Is this necessary to delete these very old versions and keep only the latest?
2. Should all Workflow in the Siebel Repository (both custom and standard) be inactivated before the upgrade is started?
