EIM Imports Records Into S_EVT_ACT_X Table, But Most Columns Have No Values. (Doc ID 2953149.1)

Symptoms

To migrate some activity records between two environments, the following processes are done.
1) On the source environment, EIM Export is executed. It uses EIM_ACT_DTL table to export S_EVT_ACT and S_EVT_ACT_X tables at the same time.
2) Using the exported records, EIM Import is executed on the target environment.
3) EIM finishes successfully and all the IF_ROW_STAT columns show IMPORTED.

However, newly imported records on S_EVT_ACT_X table does not have values on many columns.
