Symptoms

User is unable to provision SCM (Siebel Cloud Manager) from OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) Marketplace. The following error have been observed in stack log

 

Replication Steps

1. Go to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Market Place

2. Select Siebel Cloud Manager

3. Provide required information and select to apply the Stack as outlined in Deploying Siebel CRM on OCI using Siebel Cloud Manager
