Symptoms

In Siebel version 23.2 after restarting Siebel services into Enterprise.log file following error messages are being returned:

ServerLog ProcessExit 1 0000000464710d80:0 2023-06-03 21:10:46 <NoCompName> <PID_ID> SBL-SMI-00034 Process <PID_ID> exited with error - Internal: Error %1 reading a message from the client


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Into Siebel Server Manager create a large number of connections.
2. Restart Siebel services.
3. After restart check if reported error message are reutrned info Siebel "Enterprise.log" file.

Changes

Restart Siebel Services.
