Symptoms
Siebel Tools/WebTools getting crashed while Edit Server Script in HLS Case BC
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1) Login to Tools or Webtools.
2) Create a New Developer Worskpace Ex: WS_Import
3) Create of copy of HLS Case BC.
4) Add many custom eScript functions and save.
5) Query for newly created HLS Case BC
6) From settings, select Edit Server Scripts. WebTools hang and after sometime, it throws error in Webtools:
The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties. Please close the Web browser., open a new browser window, and try logging in again.
Changes
Create a custom HLS Case BC with many eScript Functions added.
