Color Property Is Missing From A Task Chapter On Webtools (Doc ID 2956829.1)

Symptoms

When creating or editing a task object on Siebel Webtools and trying to use color with a Task Chapter. For some reason, is not possible on Webtools and only works from Siebel Tools as shown below:

Steps to reproduce behavior:

1. Login into Siebel Webtools.

2. Create or open an existing Workspace.

3. Go to Task and create or open an existing task object.

4. Go to MVPW and create a new record.

5. When trying to select a color from Color Field. The color palette from where choose the colors is missing as show below:
