"Template Layout Popup Applet" Applet Is Partially Displayed When Trying To Load The Applet For The First Time In A User Session (Doc ID 2957262.1)

Template Layout Popup Applet, when opened for the first time in a user session, the applet is partially displayed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to application and navigate to Accounts----> Proposals view.

2. Create a new Proposal record and click "Edit Layout" button.

3. Notice that the "Template Layout Popup Applet" applet displays partially as displayed in below screen shot:

4. Close the applet and re-load the applet again by clicking on "Edit Layout".

5. Notice that the template layout popup applet loads completely.
