Siebel Mobile Disconnected: Siebel Sales Mobile App Crashing In The Middle Of "Preparing Offline Data" Synch Step On Android Device

Symptoms
When attempting to go offline using Siebel Mobile Application, App is exiting in the middle of "Preparing Offline Data" step and followed by login shows an error message in SalesmObjMgr_enu component log file:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Siebel Call Center Application Object Manager
2. And set up Disconnected Mobile Application for Salesm by following Siebel Mobile Disconnected guide
3. Setup for MobileDbXtract comp - SalesmDbXtract_enu
4. Create a Siebel Mobile user -- Test01
5. Perform Database Extract
6. log in to Siebel Mobile Application with an Android Device
7. Try to log in to the Sales Mobile application and wait till you receive 3rd Notification "Data is ready for Download"
8. Now click on Airplane Icon to go Offline. It tries to perform Offline Data Synch. Now the mobile app exiting/crashes in the middle of "Preparing offline data"
