Object Manager Fails To Start With CreateFileA() Error On CephFS Filesystem (Doc ID 2957759.1)

Symptoms

The environment is experiencing crash problems and after a short time, the related Siebel Object Managers become unavailable. The first sign is the following message in the enterprise log.The same issue continues after restarting the Object managers.

The issue could be reproduced with the below steps:

1. Siebel File system is set to the Ceph File System (CephFS).
2. Start Siebel services ( Enterprise/Tomcats and Gateway).
3. Access Object Manager from a URL.
4. Observed access issues on the Object Manager.

Changes

The Filesystem is set to Ceph File System (CephFS), Which is a file system compatible with POSIX standards that uses a Ceph Storage Cluster to store its data.
