Full RR Import Migration Fails With REPIMEXP-ERR-1124: Unable To Import Table S_CT_ACTION_SET (Doc ID 2959123.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run a full migration import, the utility fails with error REPIMEXP-ERR-1124: Unable to import table "S_CT_ACTION_SET" (UTLOdbcExecute insert).

Errors can be observed in repimport_XXXX.log:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Perform Full RR export successfully as per Siebel Bookshelf Guide: Using Siebel Migration to Migrate Data.
2. Copy the migration package to target.
3. Run Full RR Import.
4. The import fails while importing S_CT_ACTION_SET table.
 

Changes

The environment had been recently updated from 19.x Siebel to 23.4 Siebel.
