Symptoms
After running into a hard disk space issue the Siebel Gateway Cluster Node 1 would not start.
The following console error occurs after sourcing the Gateway Cluster Node 1 siebenv.sh and running start_ns.
CONSOLE ERROR

Not Started: Cannot Confirm Start Of Service Process
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Source the Siebel Gateway Cluster Node 1 siebenv.sh
2. Run the Siebel Gateway Cluster Node 1 start_ns
3. Observe the Siebel Gateway Cluster Node 1 does not start.
4. Observe the console error "Not Started: Cannot Confirm Start Of Service Process"
