Symptoms

When attempting to run LocalDBSetup utility through command prompt, the following error occurs in the command line.

C:\Siebel\Tools\BIN>localdbsetup.exe -s C:\Siebel\Tools -u XXXXX -p XXXXX -o XXXX_DSN -t SIEBEL -d LOCAL_XE -x C:\Siebel\Tools\oraclexe -y DCRS -z N

Stage 6 of 7: Data import on LOCAL_XE failed

Error: Data import failed. Please check D:/Siebel/16.0.0.0.0/Tools/Bin/LocalDBTemplate/data_3_imp.log for details


The following errors are found in the data_3_imp.log

Replication steps:

1. Setup Siebel IP16 with Local Database instance
2. Execute the LocalDBSetup.exe script through command prompt using the following syntax. 

C:\Siebel\Tools\BIN>localdbsetup.exe -s C:\Siebel\Tools -u XXXXX -p XXXXX -o XXXX_DSN -t SIEBEL -d LOCAL_XE -x C:\Siebel\Tools\oraclexe -y DCRS -z N
