Symptoms
When ever a Contact is being updated in any Siebel Application other than Siebel Loyalty, the below CrowdTwist related workflows are invoked
- LOY Contact CrowdTwist Async Flow
- LOY Member CrowdTwist Async Flow
- LOY Contact CT Integration Flow
- LOY Member CT Integration Flow
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Login to Siebel Call Center Application
- Go to Contact Screen
- Update existing contact
- Check the workflows are configured to trigger by using the steps below:
- Activate the workflows from Siebel tools
- Increase the monitoring level for the workflows from application level
- Check the runtime events and observe the workflows are being invoked from Contact BC 'WriteRecordUpdate' runtime event.
- Update the contact from UI and check the workflow execution from workflow instance monitor
