Siebel Enterprise Deployment In Siebel Management Console Failing Due to Wrong "Keystore Type: PKCS12" (Doc ID 2963870.1)

Symptoms

While trying to deploy Siebel Enterprise in SMC (Siebel Management Console) it is failing. The enterprise turned into red after deployment.

No config_mm-dd-yyyy_HH.MM.SS.log generated during Enterprise profile deployment under SIEBEL_ROOT/ses/cfgtoollogs/cfg directory.

Errors from Cloudgateway.log file

[ERROR] 2023-07-11 17:55:37.677 [https-openssl-nio-9011-exec-3] CG_LOGGER - com.siebel.opcgw.cloudgateway.config.ProfileResource: Exception : Error occurred while updating the Security Profile params in the enterprise   ::

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Post installation, login to Siebel Management Console
2. Set Up Gateway- Identify Host
3. Set Up Gateway- Create Security Profile
4. Set Up Gateway-Create Registry.
Siebel Gateway Registry has been created on Windows service (with running status).
5. Now trying to deploy Enterprise, the above reported issue is observed
