Object Manager Crashing While Saving A PDQ In the "Workflow Process Instance Monitor View" (Doc ID 2964198.1)

Symptoms

After creating a PDQ (Predefined Query) in the Workflow Instance Monitor View, when trying to save the PDQ, the Object Manager crashes. The error below is displayed in the browser:

The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties. Please close the Web browser, open a new browser window, and try logging in again.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. In the application, go to Administration - Business Process > Workflow Instance Monitor.

2. Create a Query (Menu > Query > New Query or ALT Q) and Run It.

3. Select Menu > Query > "Save Query As" from the menu option.

4. Enter a Query name and click OK - Session crashes.
