After 23.7 Monthly Update Installation Migration Schema Service Import REST API DDLIMP Execution Fails with ORA-01017 (Doc ID 2965295.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to do import with Migration Schema Service REST after installing 23.7 ddlimp fails with ORA-01017 error as follows:

STEPS

1. Install 23.7 on top of 23.1
2. Execute an export with Migration Schema Service REST on the source environment
3. Copy or transfer the directory generated under siebelfs/migration to the target environment siebelfs/migration directory
4. Execute an import with Migration Schema Service REST by submitting the payload below:

5. ddlimp fails with the ORA-01017 error as indicated above
