Symptoms
When delivering an INT_WS into MAIN some conflicts occur forcing to make a rebase but failing with the following error message below:
SBL-DAT-00381: A record that contains identical values to the record you have created already exists.
ORA-00001: unique constraint (SIEBEL.S_WS_VERSION_U1) violated
ORA-00001: unique constraint (SIEBEL.S_WS_VERSION_U1) violated
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Siebel Web Tools
2. Try to Deliver INT_WS to MAIN
3. Rebase is requested
4. Try to execute rebase, which errors out with the error message above.
