When attempting to load an applet in new record mode using PM, the following error occurs.

2. Open Siebel Tools + create your own (testing) workspace
3. Query for "Service Request Detail Applet"
4. Introduce a new Applet Toggle:
  -> Applet: Service Request Detail Applet CE
  -> Auto Toggle Field: Account Id
  -> Auto Toggle Value: DUMMY
5. Navigate to application, open your newly created workspace, navigate to Service Request screen.
