Symptoms
Implicit save doesn't save the data in Rich Text Editor when same list column/control in OpenUI
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Any List Applet which has Rich Text Editor type list column
2. Enter value in the list column
3. Step off
