Symptoms
Trying to delete a Workflow Process Property in Siebel Web Tools gives error:
SBL-DAT-60298: Deletion is not allowed on this record, as it is not created in the current version. Please inactivate the record and proceed further.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel Web Tools
2. Create a developer workspace or open a editable developer workspace
3. For an existing Workflow, open Workflow Editor
4. Try to delete a process property
