If REST Outbound Request Contains Array Encountered Error SBL-EAI-50294 (Doc ID 2971338.1)

Symptoms

When invoking REST outbound service , encountered the below error

SBL-EAI-50294: Input has invalid array format or integration component incorrect. Invalid integration component: "fields".

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Import the custom JSON file which creates many IOs and proxy business service.
2. Deliver the changes to MAIN.
3. Test the proxy business service from business service simulator.

If the request message contains array like the below, error  SBL-EAI-50294 was encountered in AOM log file but no error in restoutbound.log file
