Upload Button Missing From PIMSI Configuration List Applet (Doc ID 2971950.1)

"Upload" button is missing from Administration - PIM Server Integration Configuration screen: Administration - PIM Server Integration" screen - Configuration view - "Exchange Web Service" profile - "Configuration Parameters" applet

OR, as per About View, PIMSI Administration Screen / PIMSI Configuration View / PIMSI Configuration List Applet.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Siebel application
2. Navigate to Administration - PIM Server Integration Configuration, Exchange Web Service.
3. On Configuration Parameters Applet the Upload button should exist.
