SSSE: Duplicate Email Invitations Are Getting Sent During Inbound Sync When An Account Is Associated With The Contact (Doc ID 2972760.1)

Symptoms

Siebel SSSE sends duplicate appointment invitation email to a contact during PIMSI synchronization when an account is associated with the contact:

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Login into Siebel App and associate an Account(Test) to the Contact(ContactTest1):

2. On Outlook(SSSEContact), Create a new record with Contact(ContactTest1) as attendee.

3. The Contact(ContactTest1) get invitation.

4. Sync.

5. New activity in Siebel with Contact(ContactTest1).

6. The Contact(ContactTest1) get the second invitation.
