Symptoms
When processing Contacts using UCM Batch Process some contacts fails with the error below.
The error occurs even for Contacts that does not exist in the Siebel CRM Database.
ERROR
UCMBatchProcess log:
"For instance of Integration Component 'Contact_INS Personal Address', using user key '[Address Name] = "XXXXXXXXXXX"', a record with identical values already exists in the Siebel database.
Please ensure that the field values in the input message are unique.(SBL-EAI-04381).
Steps to Reproduce the issue
1. Load records into SDH table.
2. Run the UCM Batch Process job.
