UPGREP_PROD_nnn Records ORA-00942 Error Against S_WEB_TMPL_RX and S_TU_CHAP_INT Tables. (Doc ID 2981499.1)

Symptoms

When the production mode upgrade (upgrep + upgphys) is executed, siebsrvr/log/upgrep_prod_nnn/output/EnableWorkspace_[TIME_STAMP]/ws_rep_upd.log shows the following error. (nnn corresponds to Siebel version where the database is upgraded from.)

 

 Here are the steps to reproduce.

1. Run upgrep and upgphys for the development environment.
2. Copy schema.ddl and custrep.dat from development to dbsrvr/oracle/ directory on the production system.
3. Run Siebel Database Configuration wizard with the following options.
- Environment Type: Production
- Upgrade Options: Upgrade Custom Database Schema (upgrep and upgphys)
4. Run the upgrade wizard.

While the upgrade wizard should finish successfully, the above errors are recorded in ws_rep_upd.log.

Changes

 Siebel database upgrade is executed.
