When attempting to siebdevcli utility to rename repositories after full migration it is crashing with the following call stack information:

1. Execute siebsdevcli using the following syntax:

siebdevcli /c E:\doc\siebsrvr\BIN\enu\uagent.cfg /l enu /u SADMIN /p password /d SIA_TEST_DSN /SwitchToMigrationRepository "Siebel Repository OLD" "Migrated Repository"

2. The crash*.txt file with the above callstack information can be found under siebsrvr\bin directory
