Symptoms

When attempting to update Service Requests with Siebel EAI the following behavior is observed.

BEHAVIOR

EAI updates of Service Requests performance is slow.


STEPS

1. Call an inbound Siebel web service for Service Request Update. 
2. Update a Siebel Service Request through EAI.
3. Observe the long wait times for the Service Request update.
