Symptoms


When trying to open the Shared Folder from Segments In Use, the error below occurs:


Issue was reproducible at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Siebel marketing application and navigate to Segments > Segments In Use
2. Drilldown in the Folder Location
3. Pick Segment pick applet is displayed
4. Drilldown in the "shared" folder
5. Error SBL-EAI-04308 occurs
