Error "SBL-DAT-00309" Occurs When Drilling Down In The Solution View (Doc ID 2983166.1)

Symptoms

When trying to drilldown in the Solution associated to the Resolution Document, the error below occurs in the User Interface:

We detected an Error which may have occurred for one or more of the following reasons:

You do not have the privileges required to view detailed information for this record. Please contact your systems administrator if you would like access to this record.(SBL-DAT-00309)


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a Resolution Document through "Administration - Resolution Documents" screen named "SN Resolution Document"  (Note the ROW_ID = "1-JBG5")

2. Create 2 Solutions through "Administration - Solution" > Solutions View:

SN New Solution #1  (ROW_ID = "1-JBG7") and

SN New Solution #2 (ROW_ID = "1-JBG8")

3. Drilldown in the "SN New Solution #1" to go the Resolution Documents View Tab. Associate step #1 Resolution Document "SN Resolution Document" (ROW_ID = '"1-JBG5") to New Solution #1 (ROW_ID = "1-JBG7")

4. Click in the Related Solutions View Tab, and associated "New Solution #2"  (ROW_ID = "1-JBG8") to the "New Solution #1  (ROW_ID = "1-JBG7")

5. Go back to "Administration - Resolution Documents" screen and locate the "SN Resolution Document" record. In the Solutions View Tab, drilldown in the "SN New Solution #1 (ROW_ID = "1-JBG5") 

6. Then once in the Solutions View, click in the "Related Solutions" view tab. The "SN New Solution #2"  (ROW_ID = "1-JBG8") is displayed. Drilldown in the  "SN New Solution #2"

Above error occurs

 

Changes

 In the step 5 in the Steps To Reproduce the error below will happen:

Error: An error has occurred creating business component 'Solution' used by business object 'Solution Admin'. Please ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration.(SBL-DAT-00222)

To fix this error:

a) In Tools/Web Tools, locate the applet "Solution List Applet w/Publish Internal For Res Doc"

b) Locate the Drilldown Object Type and "Name Drill Down"

c) The View Property has the value "Solution Resolution Documents Administration View"

d) Change the "Business Component" Property from "Solution" to "Solution Admin"

e) Do the same in the Applet "Related Solution List Applet No Edit - Admin"

f) Now, go to the Link Object Type, and copy existing Link "SR Resolution Item/Solution":

Link Name: SR Resolution Item/Solution Admin
Parent BC: SR Resolution Item
Child BC: Solution Admin

g) Deliver the changes
