Exporting Workspace from Siebel Tools Is Picking the Wrong Workflow when There Is More Than One Workflow Present With The Same Name (Doc ID 2984517.1)

Export or Import Workspace is picking wrong workflow version when there is more than one Workflow present with the same Name.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel Tools
2. Create Dev Workspace
3. Query for any Workflow which has more than one record (Example :- "Cfg Product Info Lookup")
4. it will return multiple records
5. Update the Comments of Completed Workflow

Note:- to see the status of the Workflow, Click on steps in Object explorer and verify the Status on Workflow

6. Click on Tools ==> Export Workspace to Archive
7. Save the file
6. Open the archive file using Notepad or Notepad ++ and see that it is exporting NOT_IN_USE workflow instead of COMPLETED Workflow
