Siebel tools getting crashed with below call stack when Editing huge complex Workflow.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Connect to Siebel Tools
2. Create Dev Workspace and Open the Dev Workspace
3. Query for any complex workflow which has huge number of steps
4. Right click on the above queries Workflow and do Edit Workflow
5. Do any change(Move the Connectors) and Tools is getting closed
There is no call stack in <Siebel Tools>/BIN directory for this crash
So Monitored the Siebel Tools process with DebugDiag Tool and captured the call stack. Find more details in below document regarding capture dump files on Windows
