Cannot Add A New Button On REST Outbound Web Services List Applet (Doc ID 2984589.1)

Cannot add a new button on the REST Outbound Web Services List Applet.
On a very similar applet Outbound Web Services List Applet, a new button can be added and it works perfectly.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Web Tools and create a new development workspace.
2. Add a new button to the applet: REST Outbound Web Services List Applet - next to "Clear Cache".
3. Inspect the workspace and check if the new button is added.


 Add new custom button.
