Can Not Add/Edit Any Repository Objects With SBL-DAT-00215 Error (Doc ID 2987033.1)

When trying to add/edit any repository object in Siebel Tools, the following error is displayed.

This operation is not allowed when there are no records displayed.

Please execute a query that returns at least one record of add a new record.(SBL-DAT-00215)

The steps are as below.

1. Login to Siebel Tools.

2. Create a new developer workspace or open an existing developer workspace.

3. Click 'Applet' in the object explorer.

4. Right click and click 'New Record'

5. The above error is displayed.
