SBL-EAI-04376 Error With Query Method In EAI Siebel Adapter Business Service (Doc ID 2987063.1)

Symptoms

An external system invokes Query method of 'EAI Siebel Adapter' by using Account (PRM ANI) integration object to fetch an account information, but the following error returns:

Method 'Execute' of business component 'CUT Address' (integration component 'Business Address') returned the following error:
'An error has occurred executing a Sql statement.

Please continue or ask your system administrator to check your application configuration if the problem persists.(SBL-DBC-00105"(SBL-EAI-04376)

 
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Login to Siebel application and go to 'Site Map'->'Administration - Business Service'->Simulator view.

2. Create a record with the following values:

         Service Name: EAI Siebel Adapter
         Method Name: Query

 

3. Create a record for the input argument:

        Property Name: PrimaryRowId, Property Value: row_id of the account record
        Property Name: OutpubIntObjectName, Property Value: Account (PRM ANI)

4. Click Run button.
