Symptoms

The Lift utility cannot generate deployment kits of type Database Tier Artifacts in container mode. This results in an error message being displayed in the console.

Oracle Home Location(Path till parent directory of BIN folder):/var/lib/docker/volumes/Oracle/client/product/12.2.0/client_1

Please provide a correct path ending with the parent directory of the BIN folder.

Replication Steps

-1. Download Siebel cloud manager from marketplace from OCI console
-2. Setup Cloud Manager
-3. Download siebel lift utility
-4. Run Lift Utility in container mode as sh execute_lift_container.sh -m interactive -v volumemounts.ini as outlined in Using Siebel Cloud Manager to Deploy Siebel CRM on OCI (Doc ID 2828904.1)
