Symptoms
When attempting to use inbound emails via Oauth authentication
the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Configure inbound email using Oauth authentication connecting to Microsoft 365 server
2. Send inbound email and check if it is getting processed ok by Siebel
